Meet The Founders
Two friends. One mission. A community-rooted nonprofit empowering new immigrants through financial literacy.
Pahul Virk
Pahul Virk co-founded Khalsa Financial Care to give back to the Punjabi-American community he grew up in. After watching friends and family struggle with the complexities of credit, taxes, and retirement planning in a new country, Pahul set out to build a nonprofit that meets immigrants where they are — culturally, linguistically, and financially. He leads workshop curriculum, community partnerships, and one-on-one mentorship.
Amrit Mann
Amrit Mann co-founded Khalsa Financial Care with a deep passion for community education and financial empowerment. With a strong background in finance and a heart for service, Amrit oversees outreach, partnerships, and program operations. His goal is to ensure every Punjabi immigrant family in America has the tools to build generational financial stability — no matter where they're starting from.
Resolutions From The NJ General Assembly
Pahul and Amrit each proudly received a ceremonial resolution from NJ Assemblywoman Andrea Katz on behalf of the New Jersey General Assembly, signed by the Speaker and Clerk of the House — recognizing their outstanding work at Khalsa Financial Care and their dedication to empowering immigrant communities through financial literacy education.
